在移动互联网环境下,各种内容业务和娱乐业务空前繁荣,客户对内容价值和体验的要求越来越高,运营商传统的运营模式受到极大冲击。移动互联网带给运营商新商机的同时,也带来极大的挑战。挑战主要体现在,一是业务提供方式的改变,新环境下不仅要灵活地推出业务,还要更快地实现业务部署;二是商业模式的改变,互联网打破了通过对用户提供高质量服务向用户收取费用的传统商业模式,更多的是依靠广告收入获得生存;三是运营商不再是技术创新的主体,而是通过更多用户的参与,靠激发全人类的热情去创造更多的互联网业务。但现有的支撑系统在客户行为和关系的管理、终端管理、价值评估、智能营销、体验以及自助服务等方面存在较大的问题,难以有效应对移动互联网对支撑系统灵活、高效、精准、智能的要求。因此,重新思考移动互联网环境下的运营支撑系统如何构架,才能与时俱进,开拓出移动互联网领域的一片新天地。
