复方异烟肼片系一种新制剂,主要含异烟肼(Ⅰ)100mg、维生素 B_6(Ⅱ)5mg。笔者根据Ⅰ和Ⅱ紫外光谱的特征及微分原理,拟定了一阶导数光谱法,有效地排除了Ⅰ与Ⅱ的相互干扰,结果准确可靠。
Compound isoniazid tablets is a new preparation, mainly containing isoniazid (Ⅰ) 100mg, vitamin B_6 (Ⅱ) 5mg. Based on the characteristics and differential principle of UV spectra of Ⅰ and Ⅱ, the author developed a first-order derivative spectroscopy method, which effectively eliminates the mutual interference between Ⅰ and Ⅱ, and the results are accurate and reliable.
