班级管理是一种动态的组织活动过程,它体现了教师和学生之间的互动的关系,是一种相互影响的成果。随着素质教育的发展和完善,班级管理显得尤为重要,班级管理的好坏则直接影响学校的日常管理和学习氛围。本文主要探讨班级管理所存在的问题并提出了一些可行性的对策,以改善目前的学校班级管理,建立良好的班级秩序和健康的班级风气,为学生营造良好的学习、生活、成长氛围。
Class management is a dynamic process of organizational activities, which embodies the interaction between teachers and students is an interactive result. With the development and improvement of quality education, class management is particularly important. The quality of class management directly affects the daily management and learning atmosphere of the school. This article mainly discusses the existing problems in class management and puts forward some feasible countermeasures to improve the present school class management, establish a good class order and a healthy class atmosphere, and create a good learning, living and growing atmosphere for students.
