银川汽车站是宁夏回族自治区最大的一级客运站,日发班次560余班,平均每日运送旅客7000人次以上。现有职工268人,其中35岁以上者占职工总数近60％,高中或高中以上文化程度者仅占30％。职工人数多、年龄偏大、文化素质低等因素使得银川站一直难于管理。站内环境卫生和服务态度不能尽如人意;服务员与司乘人员或旅客争吵打架现象时有发生;一些服务员着装随意欠庄重,言谈举止很不文明,让周围旅客侧目而视,也令前来车站巡视的公司领导尴尬不已。
Yinchuan Bus Station is the largest first-class passenger terminal in Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region with over 560 daily flights and an average daily delivery of more than 7,000 passengers. The existing staff of 268 people, of which more than 35 years of age accounted for nearly 60% of the total number of employees, only 30% of high school or high school education.
