为分析902钢板建造的几型舰艇发生严重局部腐蚀的原因,应通过试验仔细考察钢材的耐海水腐蚀行为。本文详细地介绍了902等十种不同成分的船体结构钢在我国黄海、东海和南海三个海区为期四年全浸条件下的腐蚀试验结果,从中得出了不同成分,和不同海区对钢在全浸条件下的平均腐蚀速度无明显影响,但含镍、铬、铜和钼等合金元素的钢与不含上述元素的902等钢在锈层形态、局部腐蚀形貌和深度上有差异,前者比后者点蚀较密,孔径较小,深度较浅。此外,对钢的海水腐蚀锈层形态与腐蚀形为的关系及钢的海水局部腐蚀机理进行了探讨。
In order to analyze the reason of serious localized corrosion of several types of warships constructed by 902 steel plates, the seawater corrosion resistance of steel should be carefully examined through experiments. In this paper, the corrosion test results of 902 different structural hull structural steels with ten different compositions in four years of full immersion in the Yellow Sea, East China Sea and South China Sea are described in detail. The results show that different compositions of steel in different sea areas The average corrosion rate under full immersion had no significant effect, but the steel containing alloying elements such as nickel, chromium, copper and molybdenum did not have the same morphology and depth of the rust layer as the 902 steel without the above elements, The former is more dense than the latter, with a smaller aperture and a shallower depth. In addition, the relationship between the rust corrosion layer morphology and corrosion of seawater and the local corrosion mechanism of seawater are discussed.
