苏联电影事业进入了新的发展阶段。全体电影工作者正一致努力实现共产党和苏联政府给电影事业提出的复杂而重大的任务——制作更多具有深刻思想性和高度艺术性的影片。在这条道路上有不少的困难须要加以克服;为了获得成就,须要解决许多创作上、组织上和技术上的复杂问题。其中迫切须要解决的问题之一就是电影演员干部的问题。我们电影演员很少。我们的电影艺术基本上依靠戏剧演员,而他们是只能拿出自己基本工作之外的业余时间来为电影工作的。这种情况在过去出产少量影片的情况下是可以过得去的。但电影事业的新任务在演员干部方面提出了新的要求。第一,电影所需要的演员要比以前多计多
The Soviet movie career has entered a new stage of development. All filmmakers are unanimously working to achieve the complex and significant task that the Communist Party and the Soviet government have put forward for the film industry by producing more profoundly thoughtful and highly artistic films. There are many difficulties on this path that need to be overcome; in order to be successful, many creative, organizational and technical complications must be solved. One of the pressing problems to be solved is the issue of movie actor cadres. We have very few movie actors. Our film art basically relies on theater actors, and they work for the film only in their spare time outside of their basic work. This situation is justifiable given the small number of films produced in the past. However, the new tasks of the film industry put forward new demands on the actors and cadres.
