改革开放以来,我国经济发展基本上是东倾走势,而“西部大开发”的战略决策为西部经济的振兴带来了机遇。图书馆作为一种知识、信息的集散源,理应发挥本身的知识、信息传播功能,主动将自身溶人整个国家的经济科技、社会发展的战略体系中,进一步更新观念,强化其社会职能和社会化服务,将所有的馆藏文献信息资源向社会开放,真正做到资源共享。本文将从图书馆网络化建设与文献信息资源的再开发等几个方面作一简要阐述。
Since the reform and opening up, China’s economic development has basically been moving eastward. The strategic decision of “developing the west region” has brought opportunities to the revitalization of the western economy. As a source of knowledge and information collection, libraries should play their own knowledge and information dissemination function, take the initiative to dissolve themselves into the strategic system of economic, social and technological development in the country as a whole, and further update their concepts and strengthen their social functions and society Services, all the collections of information resources to the public, truly sharing resources. This article will make a brief exposition from several aspects such as network construction of library and re-development of documentary information resources.
