复合材料常常以多层板、多层壳(夹层板和夹层壳可以看作多层板和多层壳的特例)的结构形式承载。复合材料板壳结构具有如下的特点: 1.非均质性 首先,就每一层来说,都由两种或两种以上的材料构成,因而是非均质的。其次,不同层的纤维取向、纤维含量、厚度,甚至纤维种类和树脂种类都可能不同,因而不同的层更是非均质的。我们通常称前者为层内非均质性,后者为呈层性。
Often the composite material is carried in a structural form of multilayer boards, multilayer shells (sandwich panels and sandwich shells can be considered as special cases of multilayer boards and multilayer shells). The composite shell structure has the following features: 1. Heterogeneity First, each layer consists of two or more materials and is therefore heterogeneous. Second, the fiber orientation, the fiber content, the thickness, and even the fiber type and resin type of the different layers may be different so that the different layers are more heterogeneous. We usually say that the former is intra-level heterogeneity, while the latter is hierarchical.
