目的 研究舒糖宝对糖尿病小鼠模型脂代谢紊乱的治疗作用。方法 选用小白鼠 36只 ,随机分成 4组 ,每组 9只。 (1 )、(2 )、(3)组用四氧嘧啶复制糖尿病模型 ,(4)组为正常对照。 1星期后 ,(1 )组用舒糖宝治疗 ,(2 )组用胰岛素治疗 ,(3)、(4)组用蒸馏水灌胃作对照。连续 45天。实验结束 ,从眼球取血 ,测定各组血脂和血糖指标。结果 (1 )、(2 )组HDL -C明显比 (3)、(4)组升高 (P均 <0 .0 1 ) ;而治疗后TG比 (3)组明显降低 (P均 <0 .0 1 ) ;(1 )、(2 )、(3)组血糖均明显高于 (4)组 (P <0 .0 1或 0 .0 5) ,而 (1 )组明显低于 (2 )、(3)组 (P <0 .0 1或 0 .0 5)。结论 舒糖宝具有改善糖尿病小鼠的脂代谢紊乱及降血糖作用。
Objective To study the therapeutic effect of Shu Tang Bao on lipid metabolism disorder in diabetic mouse model. Methods Thirty-six mice were randomly divided into 4 groups with 9 in each group. (1), (2), (3) group used alloxan to replicate the diabetes model, and group (4) was a normal control. One week later, the (1) group was treated with Shu Sugar Po, (2) the group was treated with insulin, and the (3) and (4) groups were treated with distilled water as a control. For 45 days in a row. At the end of the experiment, blood was taken from the eyeball to determine the lipid and blood glucose indexes of each group. Results (1), (2) group HDL-C significantly higher than (3), (4) group (P all <0.01); and after treatment, TG was significantly lower than (3) group (P <0 .0 1 ); (1 ), (2 ), (3) group of blood glucose were significantly higher than (4) group (P <0. 0 1 or 0. 05), while (1) group was significantly lower (2. ), (3) groups (P <0. 0 1 or 0. 0 5). Conclusion Shu sugar treasure can improve the lipid metabolism disorder and hypoglycemic effect in diabetic mice.
