刑事技术、刑事情报架构的差异内地的刑事技术、刑事情报业务均隶属于公安刑侦部门。香港则不然,其刑事技术部门是因整个政府工作的实际需要和法律监督机制要求而分设在警务处的不同部门和政府其它部门。
Differences in Criminal Technology and Criminal Intelligence Structure The criminal technology and criminal intelligence services in the Mainland belong to the criminal investigation department of the public security. In Hong Kong, on the other hand, its criminal technology department is divided into different departments of the police and other government departments because of the actual needs of the entire government and the legal oversight mechanism.
