已研究出国内通讯卫星用的18GHz和4GHz频段行波管。18 GHz行波管能提供5瓦的输出功率、45dB增益和25%的效率,而功耗低,仅25.7瓦。根据寿命试验初步推算出在卫星发射后的五年内,其失效率小于3000×10~(-9),寿命超过7×10~4小时。就4GHz行波管而言,已获得6.2瓦的输出功率,功耗为26.7瓦,包括电源在内仅1.4公斤重。
Has developed a domestic communications satellite with 18GHz and 4GHz band traveling wave tube. The 18 GHz traveling wave tube provides 5 watts of output power, 45 dB of gain and 25% efficiency, while consuming as little as 25.7 watts. According to the test of life expectancy, the failure rate is less than 3000 × 10 -9 in the five years after the satellite launches, and the service life exceeds 7 × 10 4 hours. For a 4GHz traveling wave tube, 6.2 watts of output power have been achieved, consuming 26.7 watts, including only 1.4 kilos of weight, including the power supply.
