由中国人力资源开发网(www.China HRD.net)和《管理@人》杂志社共同主办的“2007中国人力资源年度评选”活动于2007年9月1日在北京正式启动。本次评选旨在表彰致力于人力资源领域发展并被同行所认可的机构和培训师;发现新锐人力资源机构和培训师,并帮助他们建立机构和个人品牌展示平台,同时,我们也为国内企业搭建人力资源产品和服务集中采购平台,促进国内人力资源服务业中的利益共同体实现共赢。此次评选参考国际相关评选的优秀经验,采用客户、同行和学院评价相结合的方法。首先由政府机构、高校学者、企业HR、培训专家共同提名候选人力资源机构和培训师,并制定评选规则和流程;同时由HR业界专家组成的评审机构,对被提名的人力资源机构和培训师进行严格的资格审核,然后由参选机构的服务受众、评审机构,以及国内最优秀的100名人力资源管理者,根据他们自己的实际客户体验进行线下投票和评价,最终确定本年度真正优秀的人力资源机构和培训师。评选结果在2007年12月26日颁奖典礼上公布。

The result of the selection was announced at the awards ceremony on December 26, 2007.
