以定标粒子理论为基础,通过对溶质、溶剂分子间的相互作用加以系统研究,得到了描述溶质、溶剂分子参量及色谱条件对气相色谱过程中溶质容量因子的影响规律。通过实验证实了溶质容量因子在一定范围内与柱压近似呈线性关系,并验证了容量因子与柱温及加和性物性参量的关系。
Based on the particle calibration theory, the influence of solute, solvent molecular parameters and chromatographic conditions on the solute capacity factor in gas chromatography was systematically studied through the interaction between solute and solvent molecules. The experimental results show that the solute capacity factor is approximately linear with the column pressure within a certain range and the relationship between the capacity factor and the column temperature and the additive physical parameters is verified.
