学校运动会是学校体育工作的重要表现形式,是各级各类开展群众性体育活动的主要手段,而合理的竞赛体制不仅有利于推动体育运动的普及与提高,而且更能充分调动人们参与体育锻炼的积极性和主动性,促进交流与学习。因此制定合理的体育竞赛体制不仅在项目内容的设置和组织形式等方面最大限度地让更多的师生员工参与进来,而且还要设置适合不同运动水平、不同运动喜好的学生和教职工均能积极参与的体育运动项目,体会体育给他们带来的乐趣,把运动会真正办成具有特色、形式多样、趣味性强、技术性高、既展现学生的个体优势,又能体现集体作用的综合性运动会。
