镉(Cd)是人体非必需微量元素,它是环境中普遍存在的有毒重金属,已被美国毒物管理委员会列为第6位危及人类健康的有毒物质。镉对机体内许多组织和器官都有毒性作用,特别对女性生殖系统的毒性较为敏感,危及到妇女怀孕和妊娠。本研究旨在探讨黄芪甲苷对氯化镉诱导的孕鼠及其胎鼠毒性的保护作用,为氯化镉所导致的妊娠期毒性研究提供动物学实验方面的重要依据,也为传统中药黄芪重要有效成分的开发和研究提供理论支持。
Cadmium (Cd) is a non-essential trace element of the human body. It is a common toxic heavy metal in the environment. It has been listed as the sixth toxic substance that is endangering human health by the U.S. Toxic Management Committee. Cadmium has toxic effects on many tissues and organs in the body, and is particularly sensitive to the toxicity of the female reproductive system, which threatens women’s pregnancy and pregnancy. The aim of this study was to investigate the protective effect of astragaloside on the toxicity of cadmium chloride induced pregnant rats and their fetal mice and to provide an important basis for zoological studies in the study of gestational toxicity caused by cadmium chloride.
