目的评价儿童入托入学预防接种证查验信息管理系统的建立及实施效果,加强和规范儿童入托入学预防接种证的查验工作,提高国家免疫规划疫苗的接种率。方法通过使用浏览器/服务器架构,利用数据匹配的方法,建立IMSICI平台,实现吉林省所有托幼机构和学校用户通过账号登录该系统对本托幼机构/学校的儿童预防接种证进行查验。结果经过1年的试运行和7个月的推广使用,现有2753所幼儿园、424所小学使用IMSICI进行接种证查验工作。测试时期,500所幼儿园(覆盖全省该学年入托儿童总数的6.09%)系统查验匹配率为61.15%,113所小学(覆盖全省该学年入学儿童总数的3.97%)系统查验匹配率为63.31%;5个地区36县在推广使用阶段,1621所幼儿园(覆盖全省该学年入托儿童总数的55.54%)的系统查验匹配率达到91.09%,524所小学(覆盖全省该学年入学儿童总数的21.28%)的系统查验匹配率达到90.18%。结论吉林省IMSICI的建立和应用,实现了1年内多次高效、准确、完整的儿童入托入学预防接种证查验和追踪查验,以及查验结果和疫苗补种情况的统计分析,避免了手工查验中的漏查和错查问题,能满足儿童入托入学预防接种证查验管理与服务需要,实施效果显著。
Objective To evaluate the establishment and implementation of information management system of vaccination certificate for children admitted to nursery school, to strengthen and standardize the examination of vaccination certificate for children admitted to nursery school, and to improve vaccination rate of national immunization program vaccines. Methods Through the use of browser / server architecture and data matching method, an IMSICI platform was set up to enable all kindergartens and school users in Jilin Province to log in to the system to check the children’s vaccination certificate of their kindergartens / schools. Results After 1 year of trial operation and 7 months of promotion and use, 2753 kindergartens and 424 primary schools use IMSICI for vaccination certificate testing. During the test period, the matching rate of system check-up rate was 61.15% in 500 kindergartens (covering 6.09% of the total number of children enrolled in the school year in this school year) in China. The matching rate of systematic check-up was 113.3% in 113 primary schools (3.97% of the total number of children enrolled in this school year) . In the promotion and use stage of 36 counties in 5 regions, the matching rate of systematic inspection in 1621 kindergartens (covering 55.54% of the total number of entrusted children in this school year in this province) reached 91.09%. 524 primary schools (covering 21.28 of the total number of children enrolled in this school year in this province) %) System verification matching rate of 90.18%. Conclusion The establishment and application of IMSICI in Jilin Province has realized the multi-efficient, accurate and complete check-in and follow-up examination of vaccination certificates for admission to nursery schools in one year, as well as the statistical analysis of test results and vaccination status, avoiding manual check Omission and misjudge the problem, to meet the child enrollment admission vaccination certificate inspection management and service needs, the implementation of significant results.
