本文运用百分率的U检验和Ridit分析等统计方法,分别对我国执业药师资格考试的考试大纲(以下简称考试大纲)本身、考试大纲与本科教育教学大纲(以下简称教学大纲)的掌握、熟悉、了解三个层次以及我国执业药师资格考试中的药剂学与日本药剂师药剂学考试内容进行比较分析。结果表明:1.考试大纲的内容在掌握、熟悉、了解三个层次上比例符合6:3:1考试大纲内容设计合理、比例恰当;2.考试大纲与教学大纲相比较,考试大纲难度明显高于教学大纲,两者之间有显著性差异;3.与日本药剂师药剂学考试相比较,两者有较大差别。针对考试大纲与教学大纲间的差异以及与日本药剂学考试间的差别进行研究分析,并提出建议,为完善执业药师资格考试,并进一步完善我国执业药师资格制度提供参考。

In view of the differences between the syllabus and the syllabus, and the difference between the Japanese pharmacy test and the analysis and suggestions, it will provide reference for the improvement of the licensed pharmacist qualification examination and the further improvement of the licensed pharmacist qualification system in our country.
