In more than 30 years of aviation safety career, Ji Yongxing has accumulated more than 40 flight accident scene investigation experience, participated in more than 100 accidents and major failure analysis. He and the U.S. experts jointly completed the investigation of the “Black Hawk” helicopter flight accident to find out the exact cause of the mechanical failure as the quality of the U.S. product processing and manufacturing, for which the U.S. side has awarded 3 million U.S. dollars.
