目的了解许昌市农村中小学生口腔健康状况,为制定农村学生口腔保健规划提供科学依据。方法依据《全国学生龋病,牙周疾病流行病学调查及防治方案》。结果许昌市农村中小学生口腔龋患率24.72%,氟牙病为34.67%。结论调查对象患龋齿情况低于全国同类人群检测结果,氟牙症检出情况高于全国平均水平,改水降氟工作需进一步加强。
Objective To understand the oral health status of primary and secondary school students in rural areas of Xuchang and provide a scientific basis for the formulation of oral health care plans for rural students. Methods Based on “national caries, periodontal disease epidemiology investigation and prevention and control program.” Results Xuchang City primary and secondary school students oral caries rate was 24.72%, dental fluorosis was 34.67%. Conclusions The dental caries in the surveyed subjects were lower than those of the same kind of people in China. The detection of dental fluorosis was higher than the national average, and the work of changing water and fluoride should be further strengthened.
