目的:探讨中药扛板归对二甲基亚硝胺诱导的大鼠肝纤维化血清转氨酶的影响。方法:用二甲基亚硝胺诱导大鼠肝纤维化模型,不同浓度扛板归干预后,测大鼠血清丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、天门冬氨酸转移酶(AST)。结果:扛板归高、中剂量组能显著降低AST、ALT。结论:扛板归能通过降低转氨酶,保护肝细胞,对二甲基亚硝胺诱导的大鼠肝纤维化具有较好的作用。肝损伤和肝纤维化时,血清中AST、ALT含量升高,AST、ALT是诊断肝脏疾病中应用最广泛的酶,一般而言,AST和ALT增高反应了某些器官和组织受到了一定程度的损害。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the effect of traditional Chinese medicine on platelet transaminase of rat liver fibrosis induced by dimethylnitrosamine. Methods: The rat model of hepatic fibrosis induced by dimethylnitrosamine was established. Serum levels of alanine aminotransferase (ALT) and aspartate aminotransferase (AST) were measured after intervention of different concentrations. Results: Plate height, medium dose group can significantly reduce AST, ALT. CONCLUSION: Pleurotus ostreatus can exert good effect on dimethylnitrosamine-induced hepatic fibrosis in rats by decreasing transaminase, protecting hepatocytes. In liver injury and liver fibrosis, the levels of serum AST and ALT are elevated. AST and ALT are the most widely used enzymes in the diagnosis of liver diseases. In general, the increase of AST and ALT reflects that certain organs and tissues are affected to some extent The damage.
