补体分子C1q是补体经典激活途径中的启动蛋白,具有调节各种免疫细胞反应的能力。它不但启动了机体防御病原体的第一道防线,而且参与清除自身衰老和凋亡细胞等在体内的堆积,在调控炎性反应、维持自身免疫耐受等方面发挥重要作用。现将补体C1q的功能及其与系统性红斑狼疮(systemic lupus erythematosus,SLE)的相关性作一综述。
Complement molecule Clq is a priming protein in the classical complement activation pathway with the ability to modulate various immune cell responses. It not only initiates the first line of defense of the body against pathogens, but also plays an important role in regulating the inflammatory response and maintaining autoimmune tolerance by participating in the accumulation of self-aging and apoptotic cells in the body. Now the function of complement C1q and its relationship with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) are reviewed.
