一、使用范围硬质合金铰刀适用于精度和光洁度要求高的孔加工,包括箱体孔和A级零件孔的铰削。鲛刀有加工铸件和加工钢件的两种,加工铸铁所用的硬质合金材料为G2、G3、G6;加工钢件所用硬质合金材料为T15、T30、T60。二、刀具几何角度、特点铰刀前角0~3°,后角6~8°,前锥角6~10°,圆棱0.15~0.25毫米,切削刃光洁度为▽▽▽▽10。详见附图。由于铰刀采用了两前锥切削刃,切削面积增大,可以一次精铰而达到2级精度,光洁度达到▽▽▽7~▽▽▽9。且刀具磨损减小,寿命延长。一般高速钢铰
