如何进一步改善我国企业中的决策是一项艰巨而具挑战性的任务。而要改善企业的决策,首先必须明确组织中的管理人员是如何决策的。虽然决策古已有之,但是对决策过程作全面的理论性研究还只有几十年的历史。由于当今的企业活动是复杂多变的,而且它的影响也愈益扩大,所以正确理解决策和决策过程的含义,对于改进企业现实工作中的决策是有很大意义的。多年来,管理理论中有关管理决策过程的描述出现了各种不同观点。有3种决策模式是最典型的,它们分别是古典决策理论、行为决策理论和非理性化决策理论。
How to further improve the decision-making in Chinese enterprises is a difficult and challenging task. To improve corporate decision-making, it is first necessary to determine how managers in the organization are making decisions. Although the decision-making has existed for a long time, the comprehensive theoretical research on the decision-making process has only a history of several decades. Since today’s corporate activities are complex and changeable, and its influence is also growing, it is of great significance to correctly understand the meaning of decision-making and decision-making processes in order to improve decision-making in the company’s real work. Over the years, various points of view have emerged in the description of management decision-making processes in management theory. There are three kinds of decision models that are most typical. They are classical decision theory, behavioral decision theory, and irrational decision theory.
