3月12日,建设部科技司主持召开了国家“十五”科技攻关项目《居住区与小城镇建设关键技术研究》课题二——《居住区及其环境的规划研究》课题(包括三个专题:《居住区规划设计标准研究》、《住宅室内环境设计研究》、《可持续居住区研究》)的验收和鉴定会。该课题由中规院和中国建筑设计研究院共同主持,中规院负责课题汇总和第一专题的研究。参加鉴定会的有科技部、建设部和主持单位的领导、评审专家、课题主持与参加单位的主要人员,中规院副院长李迅和高级城市规划师何冠杰。第一专题研究组的负责人王静霞、涂英时,成员赵文凯、张播、王玮华,以及参加第一专题研究的北京建筑工程学院、哈尔滨工业大学、重庆大学、香港中文大学的负责人。
On March 12, the Science and Technology Department of the Ministry of Construction presided over the task 2 of “Research on the Planning of Residential Areas and Their Environment” in the “10th Five-Year” Scientific and Technological Project “Research on the Key Techniques of Residential Areas and Small Towns Construction” (including Three topics: “Residential District Planning and Design Standards”, “Residential Interior Environmental Design Study”, “Sustainable Residential Area Study”) acceptance and identification meeting.
