The hot strip rolling lubrication performance has now more in the production of rolling mill on the study. From the point of view of the situation, certain lubrication effects such as improvement of roll life, improvement of product quality and reduction of energy consumption are confirmed. However, there is not much research on the lubricating mechanism and the best lubricant composition. A former scholar once studied the influence of different additives on hot-rolling lubrication performance and its lubricating mechanism by using high-speed test rolling mills. Based on the results, it is considered that hydrodynamic lubrication is performed at a high rolling speed and a low rolling temperature range. When the rolling speed is
