目的:分析住院药房自动摆药对药房管理影响,分析其利弊,总结运用经验,提出相应的改进策略。方法:采用现场行为观察法,对比人工摆药、自动摆药处理医嘱用药耗费时间,对比运用自动摆药机前后摆药差错率,对18名药剂师与药师进行问卷调查,评价自动摆药机对自身工作的影响。结果:自动摆药处置医嘱过程中中,请领时间、摆药时间、审核时间低于人工摆药,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);2013年,住院药房摆药差错发生率0.668‰高于2014年2月应用自动摆药机后0.179‰,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);机器故障是致摆药差错的主要原因,几乎无药品品种、剂型、数量相关差错;超半数医师认为,自动摆药有助于简化医嘱执行流程、降低摆药难度、降低摆药差错、减轻工作负荷、提高处方审核质量。结论:住院药房自动摆药对药房管理影响较多,改变了摆药流程,大大减轻的药房工作人员负担,有助于后者将精力集中在处方审核的药学服务中来。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the influence of pharmacy auto pharmacy on pharmacy management, analyze its advantages and disadvantages, summarize and apply the experience and put forward the corresponding improvement strategies. Results: In the process of automatic prescription disposal, the time for taking medicine, the time for setting medicine and the examination time were lower than those for artificial medicine, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). In 2013, the incidence of error of placing medicine in hospital pharmacy was 0.668 ‰ Which is higher than that of 0.179 ‰ after application of automatic medicine placement machine in February 2014, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05); the machine failure was the main reason for the pendulum medicine error with almost no error in drug variety, dosage form and quantity; Physicians believe that automatic medicine will help to simplify the implementation of the order execution process, reduce the difficulty of posing medicine, reduce the error of medicine swing, reduce the workload and improve the quality of prescription examination. Conclusion: The automatic drug loading in the inpatient pharmacy has more influence on the pharmacy management, which has changed the flow of the drug swizzle and greatly reduced the burden on the pharmacy staff, helping the latter to concentrate on the pharmacy service for prescription examination.
