2006年12月22日下午,第三届北京中青年文艺工作者德艺双馨奖颁奖大会在首都大酒店隆重举行。来自北京市文联所属文艺家协会的15名中青年文艺工作者受到表彰。北京中青年文艺工作者德艺双馨奖评奖活动由市委宣传部、市人事局和市文联共同举办,从2002年开始,每两年举行一次。第三届评奖活动于2006年4月启动,向社会公布了评奖章程和实施细则,经过推荐、初评、中评、公示等严格程序,最终产生15名获奖者,分别是张红、魏刚、高闯、赵明、邹静之、张宝琳、宋德全、宋一、刘增哲、刘俊京、王黎光、王界山、王建民、尹力、马继红。
On the afternoon of December 22, 2006, the 3rd Beijing Young and Middle Chinese Literary and Art Workers’ Double Happiness Award Presentation Ceremony was held at Capital Hotel. Fifteen middle-aged and young literary and art workers from Beijing Federation of Literary and Art Circles Artists Association were honored. Beijing Young Artists Literary Award Shuangxin Award dedication by the municipal Party Committee Propaganda Department, Municipal Personnel Bureau and City Federation of literary and art circles jointly organized by, from 2002 onwards, held once every two years. The third prize-winning activity was launched in April 2006, promulgating the articles of association and implementing rules to the public. After the rigorous procedures such as recommending, initial appraising, appraising and publicizing, the 15 final winners were Zhang Hong, Wei Gang, Gao Chuang, Zhao Ming, Zou Jingzhi, Zhang Bao Lin, Song Dequan, Song a, Liuzeng Zhe, Liu Jun Jing, Wang Liguang, Wang Jishan, Wang Jianmin, Yin Li, Ma Jihong.
