“野败”三系杂交水稻为早造感温型组合,对光温条件反应敏感,在始穗、开花期,如温度超过23℃—35℃范围,则结实率明显下降。这与其雄蕊本身存在着明显的细胞学及解剖学上的缺陷有关。在正常条件下,其缺陷转化为次要矛盾,对结实率影响不大,而一旦条件不利,次要矛盾上升为主要矛盾,成为影响结实率的一个重要因素。其主要缺陷如下:1.至成熟花粉期,仍有相当部分为败育花粉(图8)。
The wild-type three-line hybrid rice is a combination of early-onset warm-type and is sensitive to light and temperature. At the beginning of spike and flowering, the seed setting rate obviously drops when the temperature exceeds 23 ℃ -35 ℃. This is related to the obvious cytological and anatomic defects in the stamens themselves. Under normal conditions, the defects are transformed into secondary contradictions, which have little effect on the seed setting rate. Once the conditions are unfavorable, the secondary contradictions rise as the main contradiction and become an important factor affecting the seed setting rate. The main defects are as follows: 1. To the mature pollen stage, there is still a considerable part of abortion pollen (Figure 8).
