加强物资管理,对降低产品成本,增加企业经济效益是十分必要的。现代发电企业要实现规范与科学的物资管理,必须有良好的物资管理流程,重点抓好物资计划管理、物资采购管理、物资存储管理和利用信息化手段实现科学管理。笔者通过浅谈华夏电力公司物资管理工作经验,探讨发电企业搞好物资管理工作必备条件。
Strengthening materials management, to reduce product costs and increase economic efficiency of enterprises is very necessary. Modern power generation enterprises to achieve normative and scientific material management, there must be a good material management processes, focusing on materials planning management, material procurement management, material storage management and the use of information technology to achieve scientific management. The author through the Huaxia Power Company material management experience, to discuss the necessary conditions for power generation enterprises to do a good job in material management.
