甘肃省上世纪50年代开始,开展针对家畜布鲁克菌病防控工作。80年代开始开始,防控工作开展以牛、羊布鲁氏菌病防控重点,对家畜布鲁氏菌病分布区进行重点防治,并对防治效果区域开展考核工作,1999年全该省多数县域达到了农业部稳定控制区标准。但是2000年以后,多种原因使得社会上对家畜布鲁氏菌病防治、监测工作力度减弱,造成家畜布鲁氏菌病疫情发生反弹。为此,笔者回顾该省家畜布鲁氏菌病的防控情况、流行史,对当下布鲁氏菌病现状进行分析,目的在于为该省家畜布鲁氏菌病防控提供相关经验依据。

To this end, I review the prevention and control of livestock brucellosis in the province, the prevalence history, the current status of brucellosis analysis, the purpose is to provide prevention and control of livestock brucellosis in the province to provide relevant experience.
