Objective To analyze the results of digital subtraction angiography (DSA) in 100 patients with suspected cerebrovascular disease. Methods 100 patients were divided into three groups: cerebral infarction 43 cases, subarachnoid hemorrhage 15 cases, transient ischemic (TIA) 11 cases, cerebral hemorrhage 6 cases, dizziness or dizziness 16 cases, headache 7 cases and other 2 cases. All patients underwent cerebrovascular DSA examination, patients with hypertension plus renal artery angiography. Results 52% of the patients were found to have vascular lesions. Patients with cerebral infarction, TIA, dizziness or dizziness showed stenoses of 47%, 27%, and 31%, respectively. Stenosis was mainly located in the carotid system and the extracranial segment. Aneurysms were found in 8 patients (60%) with subarachnoid hemorrhage One case of intracerebral hemorrhage had arteriovenous fistula and one case had arterial dissection in headache. In 5% of patients DSA postoperative minor complications or adverse reactions. Conclusion DSA can accurately assess the vascular status, safer.
