目的为了解宜宾市各类消费食物食源性致病菌污染水平,分析其原因及风险,为全市食品安全风险评估供应真实科学的依据。方法依据《宜宾市疾病预防控制中心食品安全风险监测实施方案》进行持续的食品检测。结果 2012-2015年统共检测543件食品样品,食源性致病菌共检出78株,总阳性率为(14.36%),在9种项目中,以蜡样芽胞杆菌的检出率(37.50%)为最高,其次是阪崎肠杆菌5.71%。在14类食品中,以流动早餐污染率最高(67.86%),其次为乳制品(42.86%)。结论宜宾市的部分食物存在一定的食源性致病菌污染。卫生监督部门应增食品管理,控制食源性疾病发生危害。
Objective To understand the pollution level of food-borne pathogenic bacteria in all kinds of consuming foods in Yibin and to analyze its causes and risks so as to provide a true and scientific basis for the city’s food safety risk assessment. Methods Based on “Yibin City CDC Food Safety Risk Monitoring Implementation Plan” to carry out continuous food testing. Results A total of 543 food samples were detected in 2012-2015, of which 78 were food-borne pathogens with a total positive rate of (14.36%). Among nine items, the detection rate of Bacillus cereus (37.50 %) Was the highest, followed by Enterobacter sakazakii 5.71%. Among the 14 types of food, the highest rate of mobile breakfast contamination was 67.86%, followed by dairy products (42.86%). Conclusion Some foods in Yibin City have some food-borne pathogens pollution. Health supervision departments should increase food control, control the occurrence of food-borne diseases.
