高职体育教学中存在着一些问题与不足,主要表现为教学模式固定、师资力量缺乏、评价体系不完善等。为了应对这些问题,提高高职体育教学质量和教学效果,在教学中必须进行创新改革,从课堂设计、教学理念、课堂组织、教学评价等方面采取相应的策略,并加强教师队伍建设,以提高高职体育教学质量。
There are some problems and shortcomings in the teaching of physical education in higher vocational schools, which are mainly manifested in the fixed teaching mode, the lack of teachers and the imperfect evaluation system.
