虽然调控“风暴”过后,房地产市场经历一个短暂的“低迷”观望阶段,部分地区投资过热势头得到有效抑制,过热的购房需求开始降温,但一年后的今天,我们发现,衡量房地产调控成果的重要指标——房价却呈现报复性反弹,涨者继续涨,回落者又开始反弹。
Although the real estate market experienced a short period of “downturn” after the regulation and control of the “storm”, the over-heating of investment in some areas was effectively suppressed and the demand for overheated home buyers began to cool down.
