Archives is a true record of social practice. It not only records the historical process, but also documents the evolution of humankind as society progresses. It reflects the achievements and experiences of mankind in understanding nature and transforming nature. As the common wealth of the whole society, the file has important promotion and universal value. At present, the importance of archives work has not yet become known to the whole society. The public has a deep understanding of archival knowledge and the use of archival resources is still far from satisfactory. Confronted with the deepening informationization process in the current society, the paper explores how to use information technology to popularize file knowledge among citizens and make use of convenient functional tools to bring file knowledge closer to students
