消化不良是临床常见的一组以上消化道多种症状为主诉的症状群[1],不但患病率较高,而且长期困扰患者。消化门诊有20％～40％的患者是以消化不良为主诉就诊的,其中相当一部分属于功能性消化不良(FD),依主要的临床主诉又可分为临床各型。对该病应根据临床类型提供合理且经济的治疗。
