用吸附澄清法与醇沉法处理四君子汤水提液，以酚硫酸法测定多糖含量．结果表明，吸附澄清法保留多糖明显多于醇沉法．

The extract of Sijunzi Decoction was clarified by adsorption clarification and alcohol sedimentation, and the content of polysaccharide was determined by phenol-sulfuric acid method. The results showed that adsorption and clarification retained more polysaccharide than alcohol precipitation.
