Ye Kui, formerly known as Shu Qing, was born in March 18th in the lunar calendar on March 30 in a poor peasant family who lived in Parthenoatang, Qidu, Qunhua County, present day village, Liaojiaping Street, Wangcheng District, Changsha City.
