1 1998年工作回顾 1998年对东北院来说,是艰难的一年,也是东北院经济探底反弹的一年,更是东北院人经过努力,调整改革,看到希望的一年。 一年来,我们全院职工紧密团结,坚定信心,埋头苦干,脚踏实地地干实事,尤其是在9月份以来,我们在总公司的直接领导和支持下,在地方政府的支持下,调整了院、所(分院)、处室的班子,进一步理清厂全院发展思路,进行了一系列的调整、改革、改制,全院更加稳定了,更加充满生机和活力了。
1 A review of the work in 1998 It was a difficult year for the Northeastern Institute of Science and Technology, and it was also a year when the Northeast University’s economy bottomed out. It was also a year when people in Northeast China made great efforts to readjust their reforms and see hope. Over the past year, our staff in the entire hospital has been closely united and has firm confidence. We have worked hard and have been doing practical things down to earth. Especially since September, under the direct leadership and support of the head office, with the support of the local government, we have adjusted the hospital. The office of the branch and branch office further clarified the development ideas of the factory and carried out a series of adjustments, reforms, and restructurings. The hospital has become more stable and full of vigor and vitality.
