少数民族地区的党报除了应当具有一般党报的属性外,还自然地具有一种一般党报不具有的特性,就是它的民族特性。这要求我们必须有为少数民族群众服务的办报意识。 鄂尔多斯日报是内蒙古自治区伊克昭盟的党委机关报。其所在地是一个以蒙古族为主体的少数民族地区,经济上、文化上表现出的鲜明的民族特点。从这样一个认识和实际出发,鄂尔多斯日报常常将有关报道放到要闻版头条的显赫位置上。
