随着科学技术的不断发展,铸造用涂料的生产和供应已成为一个单独的产业。国内一些大型铸造原辅材料生产企业不仅在国内有举足轻重的地位,部分也实现了向其他国家出口。优质的产品加之良好的服务,彻底改变了以往铸造企业使用原辅材料必须样样自备的局面。目前,在铸造涂料行业,对于产品性能和工艺配方的研究很多,也越来越规范,铸造涂料产品的标准化也已基本形成。但对于铸造涂料如何实现规模化生产和精细化管理等方面的研究工作还比较缺乏。对于这两个方面,我简单谈谈自己的想法。
With the continuous development of science and technology, the production and supply of foundry coatings have become a separate industry. Some domestic large-scale foundry materials manufacturers have not only played a decisive role in the country, but also some have exported to other countries. Quality products coupled with good service, completely changed the casting enterprises in the past must use all kinds of raw and auxiliary materials must be prepared by the situation. At present, in the foundry coating industry, many studies have been conducted on product performance and process formulation, and more and more specifications have been adopted. Standardization of foundry coating products has also been basically established. However, there is a lack of research on how to achieve large-scale production and fine management of foundry coatings. For these two aspects, I briefly talk about my own ideas.
