竞争,这个名词对人们说来已并不陌生。然而,1992年10月在上海开始的一场时空竞争,却引人瞩目。市人大代表、上海广播电视局党委书记贾树枚在接受记者采访时感慨地说,长期以来,广电系统受计划经济的影响,缺乏竞争,缺乏活力。去年开始考虑引进竞争机制。提出方案后,得到了领导的支持和大家的赞同,一场时空竞争由此拉开了帷幕。
