切离处于分蘖盛期二棱皮大麦 (浙皮 1号、申麦 1号、莆 6 0 0 8、闽麦 0 2 )植株的各个分蘖 ,将其基部浸泡于 0 .0 4 %的秋水仙素溶液中 2 4 h,可诱发产生大量性状变异。在 M2 代 ,对 5个性状的考察结果显示 ,4个品种 (系 )处理的株高、主穗长、千粒重均产生显著到极显著的变异 ;主穗粒数和单株有效穗数 ,有 3个品种 (系 )处理产生显著到极显著的变异。选择结果表明 ,这些变异在 M1代可进行有效选择 ,有些变异在 M2 代就可趋于稳定
