我公司修配厂主要承担吊装机械、土方机械、凿井机械和汽车的大中修任务。承修的机械大部分轴套需要更换,这些轴套原来是用铜和其他稀有金属制成的,耗用铜材量很大,而现有材料不能满足机修的需要,使机械进厂修理的时间拖长,影响了施工。修配厂广大革命职工,在党支部领导下,大搞技术革新和技术革命,从1969年开展了以尼龙轴套代替铜套的试验,取得了良好效果。
Our company’s repair factory mainly undertakes the tasks of large and medium repairs for lifting machinery, earth-moving machinery, sinking machinery and automobiles. The amount of copper used is large, but the existing materials cannot meet the needs of mechanical repair, so that the machinery can be repaired by the factory. In 1969, the experiment of using nylon sleeves instead of copper sleeves was carried out, and good results were achieved.
