目的:观察沙棘总黄酮对大鼠血浆PGI2和TXA2水平的影响。方法:采用放射免疫测定法,用125I标记血栓素B2和6酮前列腺素F1α放射免疫试剂盒测定。结果:1g·kg-1剂量的沙棘总黄酮能非常显著地增加PGI2的分泌,提高PGI2/TXA2的比值。结论:沙棘总黄酮具有单纯增强PGI2分泌的作用。
Objective: To observe the effects of total flavonoids of Hippophae rhamnoides on levels of plasma PGI2 and TXA2 in rats. Methods: Radioimmunoassay was performed using 125I-labeled thromboxane B2 and 6 Keto-prostaglandin F1α radioimmunoassay kits. Results: 1 g·kg-1 dose of total flavonoids of sea buckthorn could significantly increase the secretion of PGI2 and increase the ratio of PGI2/TXA2. Conclusion: The total flavonoids of Hippophae rhamnoides can enhance the secretion of PGI2.
