我院于1977年4月至8月共收治90例肝炎,其中急性黄疸型病毒性肝炎合并原发性单纯性疱疹2例,现报告如下: 例一:男,36岁,工人。主诉上腹胀痛半月多,伴有上唇皮疹(初次发生),倦怠、胃纳呆、眼黄、小便茶色、大便结,经门诊中医诊为“黄疸”症而转我科。查询有肝炎患者接触史。体检:巩膜黄染,上唇有斑丘及小水疱样皮疹,心肺未见重要异常,肝上界第6肋间,下缘肋下2公分,质Ⅰ～Ⅱ～0,边缘锐利,脾未触及。化验室检查:黄疸指数25单位,胆红质1.8毫克％,脑絮反应卅,谷丙转氨酶672单位,超声波提示肝炎密集微波,舌质尖边红、苔黄腻,脉弦数,诊断为急性黄疸型病毒性肝炎合并单纯性疱疹,经用高渗葡萄糖加维生素C注射,肝太乐,肝维隆,复合维生素B片等一般护肝药物,加复方茵陈合剂(茵陈一
