提起农村合作医疗大家都不陌生,它是由我国农民自己创造的互助共济的医疗保障制度,在保障农民获得基本卫生服务、缓解农民因病致贫和因病返贫方面发挥了重要的作用。我国的农村医疗保障制度为世界各国,特别是发展中国家所普遍存在的问题提供了一个范本,不仅在国内受到农民群众的欢迎,而且在国际上得到好评。在1974年的第27届世界卫生大会上,第三世界国家普遍表示热情的关注和极大的兴趣。其特点表现为:1.合作医疗以农村居民为保障对象。在中国,城镇居民一般有公费医疗、劳保医疗或医疗社会保险制度给予保健与疾
