氮酮和二甲基亚砜对促进~(125)I-氢化可的松皮肤通透性的比较研究

氮酮(Azone)和二甲基亚砜(DMSO)是两种增加多种化合物透皮吸收的物质。本文应用流动透析室和静态透析室测定了Azone和DMSO对~(125)I—氢化可的松的透皮吸收率。结果表明40％DMSO增加了~(125)I—氢化可的松的通透率,而Azone对~(125)I—氢化可的松无促进作用。

Azone and dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO) are two substances that increase the transdermal absorption of multiple compounds. In this paper, transdermal absorption of Azone and DMSO on ~ (125) I-hydrocortisone was measured using a mobile dialysis chamber and a static dialysis chamber. The results showed that 40% DMSO increased the permeability of ~ (125) I-hydrocortisone, whereas Azone had no effect on ~ (125) I-hydrocortisone.
