由于临床应用或研究目的不同 ,脉络膜新生血管 (CNV)有不同的分类方法 ,明确各种不同的分类方法对我们进一步研究 CNV的发病原因 ,指导临床治疗有重要的意义。我们总结了 CNV的不同分类方法 ,按照病因分类有助于 CNV的病因治疗 ,并判断预后 ;根据组织病理分型对于手术取出 CNV膜的预后有参考价值 ;以 CNV距离中心凹的位置分型对激光光凝 CNV有指导意义 ;根据 FFA将 CNV区分为典型性和隐匿性两类 ,有助于指导近年来开展的光动力治疗、经瞳孔温热疗法等治疗方法 ;ICGA的优势主要在于可将一部分隐匿性 CNV重新确定 CNV的位置、边界、范围 ,是我们检查和定位 CNV的一项重要工具。通过以上分析 ,有助于我们更好地进行 CNV的治疗。
Due to different clinical applications or research purposes, there are different classification methods of choroidal neovascularization (CNV). It is clear that different classification methods have important meanings for further studying the pathogenesis of CNV and guiding clinical treatment.
