本文评价风心病二尖瓣狭窄合并房颤行经皮二尖瓣球囊扩张术后复律的疗效和安全性。作者应用分级次二尖瓣球囊扩张法对21例病人行扩张治疗,术前、术后均服华法林抗凝治疗。术后2周先予奎尼丁药物复律,不能转复者,立即给予电复律;结果表明,对风心病二尖瓣狭窄伴房颤的患者,在球囊扩张术后转复心律是很有必要的。
This article evaluates the efficacy and safety of rheumatic mitral stenosis with atrial fibrillation after percutaneous balloon mitral valvuloplasty. The application of graded sub-balloon mitral balloon dilatation of 21 patients underwent expansion therapy, warfarin anticoagulation before and after treatment. 2 weeks after the first to give quinidine drug cardioversion, can not be transferred, and immediately given cardioversion; results show that patients with rheumatic mitral stenosis with atrial fibrillation in the recovery of heart rate after balloon dilatation is very good necessary.
